This is essentually a parody of radical activism, especially the extreme leftists among them, and especially the fanatacial anti-racists among them. This is the image I personally have of such a person. You know, those guys and gals who conjure racism in the most innocuous moments. I would explain further, but the videos can explain how I and many others feel about them better than any text.
"But now you need to have a wild-eyed right winger to counteract this!" No, no I don't. This is the purpose of the Norman Dixon videos. He's a man the Southern Poverty Law Center might call an extremist (he speaks in front of a Confederate flag in spite of not brushing any topic directly related to what leftists believe the Confederacy was about) of roughly average intelligence. Because he isn't the aggressive protester type, he is infinately more plesant as a human being.
