ArkFullofSorrow.  Yes, ArkFullofSorrow.

Actually the first game with graphics possibly painful to the eyes.  Not because they're so bad, but because of the rough brightness.  I guess this makes them so bad, then.

17) Alien Attack

What is the most generic game you can imagine?  How about a game where you battle weird space freaks trying to kill you?  You need to take 'em out with a gun, do ya?  I wager it would take place in a general intergalactic setting?  You're gonna call it something like Alien Attack, are ya?  Well, this is still less generic than a WWII PC FPS where the only goal is to spill as much Nazi blood as possible.

The more I look at this game, the more it seems like a human war of aggression against another species: the setting certainly doesn't look like anything humans ever populated and most of the enemies here, while all deadly to the touch, just glide across the screen without specifically attempting to eliminating you, although there is one that more or less goes right at you.

If I was a racist ultra-leftist, I'd equate the human protagonist with whites and the various monsters with various darker-skinned peoples, because the non-human/non-white connection is far too instinctual for such people to resist.  After all, aren't these same the same racist loons who loudly make these same associations from everything from Lord of the Rings to King Kong to Locoroco?
